GFRP復(fù)合材料與粘土磚單剪粘結(jié)試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]采用玻璃纖維復(fù)合材料粘土磚單剪試驗(yàn)方法,考慮GFRP粘結(jié)長(zhǎng)度、粘結(jié)寬度、粘結(jié)樹(shù)脂的類(lèi)型及粘貼層數(shù)等因素,對(duì)GFRP與粘土磚之間的極限粘結(jié)荷載進(jìn)行了深入研究。研究結(jié)果表明,粘結(jié)破壞有GFRP剝離破壞和GFRP斷裂破壞兩種形式; GFRP粘結(jié)長(zhǎng)度、粘結(jié)寬度、粘結(jié)樹(shù)脂的類(lèi)型、粘貼層數(shù)及磚抗壓強(qiáng)度等因素對(duì)極限粘結(jié)荷載有顯著影響。

Abstract:The bond strength between GFRP and clay brick is studied by experiments on a single shear test setup with emphasis on the effects of the GFRP bond length, bond width, type of bond resin and bond layer. Following conclusions are drawn from the study: 1) there are two kinds of failure modes, namely GFRP debonding failure and GFRP rupturing failure; 2) the bond length, bond width, type of bond resin, bond layer and compressive strength of clay brick have significant effects on utmost bond strength.
