混凝土強度現(xiàn)場檢測技術(shù)若干問題試驗研究

(1 華僑大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,泉州 362021; 2 清華大學(xué)土木工程博士后流動站,北京 100084)[摘要]對3塊新澆筑的素混凝土板和10根舊鋼筋混凝土梁采用超聲回彈綜合法和鉆芯法進(jìn)行混凝土強度檢測。研究了超聲回彈綜合法和鉆芯法所測混凝土抗壓強度值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方體抗壓強度三者的相互關(guān)系,并著重研究了χΦ100,Φ75和Φ50三種不同直徑芯樣所測混凝土抗壓強度值的相互關(guān)系。在綜合分析相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,得到小直徑芯樣所測混凝土抗壓強度相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直徑的芯樣所測混凝土抗壓強度的修正系數(shù)??蔀榛炷翉姸痊F(xiàn)場檢測提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]混凝土強度檢測;超聲回彈綜合法;鉆芯法;小直徑芯樣;修正系數(shù)Experiment study on some problems of concrete strength testing techniques of RC structuresYang Yong1,2, Yang Wenping1,Chen Zhiping1, Xie Yiping1(1 College of Civil Engineering of Huaqiao University, Quanzhou 362021,China;2 Postdoctoral Station of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084,China)Abstract:The concrete strength of three new concrete slabs and ten old reinforced concrete beams are tested by the means of ultrasonic-resilience testing method and core-drilling testing method. And based on the test results, the relations of the concrete strength respectively tested by the ultrasonic-resilience testing method, core-drilling testing method and the cube strength testing method are studied. The differences and relations of the concrete strength tested by coredrilling testing method with core specimens of different diameter such as 100mm, 75mm and 50mm are focused. Along with the former research results, the correction coefficient of the concrete strength obtained by core specimens of small diameter are studied and established.
