某四層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)千斤頂頂升糾傾方案研究與應用

(蘭州理工大學土木工程學院,蘭州 730050)[摘要]根據(jù)某四層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)半幢樓下沉、傾斜、扭轉(zhuǎn)以及墻體嚴重開裂等現(xiàn)象,應用工程概念(如結(jié)構(gòu)變形協(xié)調(diào)原理等),采用單排千斤頂并用人工操作方式將半幢樓成功頂升糾傾,證明該技術(shù)能夠應用于無圈梁無構(gòu)造柱整體性較差的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)。[關鍵詞]磚混結(jié)構(gòu);頂升;糾傾;裂縫A brick-and-concrete building rectification study and application with lift-up methodSong Yu, Dang Xinghai, Luo Weigang(Civil Engineering College of Lanzhou University of Technology,Lanzhou 730050, China)Abstract:Based on analysis of subsidence, inclination, torsion and wall cracks for a four-layer brick-and-concrete building, several engineering concepts such as structure deformation coordination etc. are considered. The lift-up method with hydraulic jack was used during rectification process. And the successful complication of the rectification scheme application for the building indicated that lift-up method with jack could be implicated in rectification repairing of low integrity brick-and-concrete structure without ring beams and concrete-block walls.Keywords:brick-and-concrete structure; lift-up method; rectification; crack
