(武漢市建筑設(shè)計院，武漢 430014)［摘要］湖北省發(fā)改委辦公樓原為上世紀(jì)80年代初興建的5層鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)，受業(yè)主委托，在不能對基礎(chǔ)作加固處理的前提下，將原5層辦公樓改造為12層的高層辦公樓。設(shè)計將層3樓面以上部分全部拆除，保留層3樓面以下結(jié)構(gòu)，并對層3樓面以下框架柱、梁采取加固改造措施，采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在層3樓面以上加建10層，并在層3～4做了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐轉(zhuǎn)換層，將下部6m柱網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)換成上部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)4m柱網(wǎng)，完全滿足了業(yè)主的特殊要求。［關(guān)鍵詞］檢測；外包式柱腳；全截面濕式外包鋼加固；鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支撐轉(zhuǎn)換層；?鋼結(jié)構(gòu)Structural adding stories and reconstruction design of Hubei province development and planning commission office buildingLi Zhi(Wuhan Architectural Design Institute，Wuhan 430014，China)Abstract:The Hubei Province Development and Planning Commission office building is originally 5-storey RC frame suructure which is constructed at the beginning of the 80´s. According to the requirement of the owner, under the premise of not making any reinforcement processing to the foundation, the original 5-story office building will be reconstructed to a 12-story high-rise office building. Demolishing 3 floors above, retaining the structure of 3 floors below, reinforces 3 floors below. Then using the steel structure to extend 10 stories above 3 floors, and made the steel brace supporting in storey 3～4 to transform lower 6 meter column nets to the upside 4 meter column nets.
