［摘要］液體粘滯阻尼器作為有效和重要的消能減振產(chǎn)品目前在我國(guó)已經(jīng)得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用，但對(duì)這類阻尼器的性能要求、質(zhì)量控制及動(dòng)力測(cè)試所做的研究及探討所見(jiàn)不多。給出了液體粘滯阻尼器的不同類型及作用機(jī)理，介紹了粘滯阻尼器在美國(guó)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程及狀況。舉例說(shuō)明了美國(guó)對(duì)液體粘滯阻尼器的測(cè)試要求，即產(chǎn)品預(yù)檢驗(yàn)、原型測(cè)試及質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收測(cè)試。對(duì)部分測(cè)試內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了著重討論，并列出了美國(guó)大型動(dòng)力測(cè)試設(shè)備的情況。

Abstract:The hydraulic viscous dampers, an efficient and important dissipation vibration energy devices, has been used widely in China. However, enough attention has seldom been paid to research its performance requirements, quality control and the dynamic tests. A brief introduction is given on the different types and the working principles of oil dampers as well as on the latest development of viscous dampers in US. It illustrates with example on the testing category of viscous dampers in!the US, namely, prequalification test, prototype test and quality control test. The large dynamic testing devices in the US are listed and the drop hammer test is introduced as an alternative test.
