［摘要］基于性能的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)正處于研究發(fā)展階段，提出一種方法以適應(yīng)當(dāng)前需要。以我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范為基礎(chǔ)，在設(shè)計(jì)中同時(shí)考慮地震作用以及結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)移，得出結(jié)構(gòu)等效單自由度體系的設(shè)計(jì)譜曲線，并由此求得結(jié)構(gòu)在不同地震水準(zhǔn)情況下的性能，檢查其是否滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)完成后，可進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性靜力分析，全面復(fù)核結(jié)構(gòu)性能。

Abstract:The performance-based seismic design of structure is in a research and development situation. A method is put forward to adapt the present demand. This method is based on the domestic current code for seismic design of buildings. In design process, the earthquake action and lateral displacement are considered, and thus the design spectrum curve for equivalent single degree of freedom system is established. From this the performances of structure at different earthquake levels are obtained, and the design requirements must be satisfied. After accomplishment of design, an elasto-plastic static analysis of structure may be conducted to fully examine the performance.
