(1 中旭建筑設(shè)計事務(wù)所,北京 100044; 2 中國建筑設(shè)計研究院,北京 100044)[摘要]介紹了南昌聯(lián)發(fā)廣場工程的公寓樓(高位轉(zhuǎn)換)在方案設(shè)計、擴(kuò)大初步設(shè)計和抗震設(shè)計中所要求進(jìn)行的彈性分析、彈塑性分析、性能設(shè)計等過程。分析結(jié)果表明,在地震和風(fēng)荷載作用下,工程的主體結(jié)構(gòu)具備較好的承載和變形能力,剛度等指標(biāo)滿足計算要求,無明顯的薄弱層,能夠達(dá)到小震彈性、中震彈性和大震不倒的性能目標(biāo),滿足了設(shè)計規(guī)范和使用的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]高位轉(zhuǎn)換;轉(zhuǎn)換層;計算模型;等效側(cè)向剛度;彈塑性分析;性能設(shè)計;中震彈性

Abstract:In the project design, the second step design and the seismic design of Nanchang Lianfa-square apartment building with higher conversion layer, the elastic analysis, elastic and plastic analysis and the function design of requested by the relative codes are introduced. The analysis results indicate that under the earthquake and wind load, the main structure of the project has good bearing and deformation ability, the rigidity can meet the demand of calculation and there are not obvious weak layers,and it can reach the aims of elasticity under small earthquake and medium earthquake and un-collapsing under large earthquake
