［摘要］青島財(cái)富中心建筑高228m，是一座超限高層建筑。建筑底部為大開(kāi)間，通過(guò)設(shè)在高度在98。82m處的箱形轉(zhuǎn)換層，支撐上部高126余m、采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的酒店式公寓。結(jié)構(gòu)主要受力體系豎向不連續(xù)。設(shè)計(jì)利用SATWE、ETABS和ANSYS程序，進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的彈性和彈塑性計(jì)算分析，根據(jù)分析得到的結(jié)果與國(guó)家規(guī)范進(jìn)行對(duì)比，提出概念設(shè)計(jì)的處理原則方法及構(gòu)造措施，為類(lèi)似超限工程的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。

Ultra limit high-rise construction concept design of Qingdao Fortune Center buildingLiu Pengfei, Wang Jian, Wang Hui(Shandong Dawei International Architecture Design Co., Ltd, Jinan 250002, China)

Abstract:Qingdao Fortune Center architecture is 228 meter high. The basal floors of the building are wide-open office-rooms, and is supported by the box transfer story located at the 98。82 meter high. The vertical structure main bearing system is not continual. It is a typical ultra limit high-rise construction. The elastic and plastic analysis of the building are analyzed using SATWE, ETABS and ANSYS procedure. According to the analyzing result and the contrast between each estimated data and the national standard, the principle of conceptual design and the structure measures are proposed. It can be reference for the concept design of the similar ultra limit highrise project.
