建筑物整體移位抬升工程中的牽引力試驗(yàn)研究

(1 華北水利水電學(xué)院,鄭州 450008; 2 西北工業(yè)大學(xué),西安 710072)[摘要]在建筑物整體移位工程中,滾輪的滾動摩擦系數(shù)是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的影響因素,雖然目前已有一些施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)值和實(shí)驗(yàn)室模型實(shí)測值,但是在實(shí)際施工過程中對該值的測定卻很少。應(yīng)用應(yīng)變儀、傳感器等試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,通過在建筑物整體移位工程的現(xiàn)場與建筑物的移動同步進(jìn)行的牽引力測定試驗(yàn),得到了該建筑物整體移位工程的外加動力試驗(yàn)值,并對其進(jìn)行分析研究,進(jìn)而求得了針對該工程所使用的滾輪與軌道裝置的滾動摩擦系數(shù),在理論上對以往的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)給予了驗(yàn)證和補(bǔ)充,為今后該種工程的實(shí)施提供了可靠的設(shè)計(jì)參考依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]整體移位;滾動摩擦系數(shù);現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗(yàn);牽引力;頂推力Traction experimental investigation of building′s integer shiftWu Zongliang 1,Zhang Xinzhong 2(1 North China University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Zhengzhou 450011, China;2 Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi′an 710072, China)Abstract:Coefficient of rolling friction in building′s integer shift is an important factor about safety and economy, and there are some construction experience and interior experiment about this, but few locate experiment.It obtained and analyzed the data of outside force of an integer shift engineering through the locate experiment using transducer and strain gate and deduced the rolling friction coefficient of this type of integer shifting.
