［摘要］在吉林江南壹號工程高層住宅區(qū)結構設計中，通過選取兩個具有代表性的典型剪力墻結構體系，對高矮兩種連梁高度取值結構方案的整體計算，以及鋼筋、混凝土用量的匯總、比較，從結構的安全性、合理性、經濟性等多方面進行了分析，多角度證明了連梁并非截面越高、剛度越大、配筋越多就越好，而是要根據主體結構的特點，把連梁的尺寸和配筋量控制在合理的范圍內。最后還提出了國家規(guī)范規(guī)程中沒有明示的連梁基本配筋構造要求，以及電算中經常出現(xiàn)的連梁超筋問題的解決方法。

Abstract:In the residence high building design of Jilin Jiangnan No.1 real estate project, two representative shearwall structures are selected. Two precepts of coupling beams with tall and low height have been calculated. Seismic action, the total amount of steel and concrete are gathered and compared. From some aspects such as safety, rationality and economy, it shows that the height, large rigidity and more reinforcement of coupling beam are not better than the low one. The size and reinforcement should be controlled to a reasonable range. Finally, basic reinforcement detailing requirements which are not mentioned in codes and technical specifications are put forward. Solutions of excessive reinforcement of the coupling beams in the calculations of computer are also provided.
