武進(jìn)金融大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,上海 200092)[摘要]武進(jìn)金融大廈是一幢上部結(jié)構(gòu)高差懸殊、下部大面積地下室不設(shè)縫的復(fù)雜高層建筑,設(shè)計(jì)采用樁筏基礎(chǔ),樁基為預(yù)應(yīng)力高強(qiáng)混凝土PHC管樁,純地下室部分PHC管樁兼作抗拔樁。為減小上部高差懸殊引起的不均勻沉降,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)采用了變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)方法。計(jì)算表明,該方法能有效調(diào)整樁筏基礎(chǔ)的不均勻沉降。通過對(duì)連廊節(jié)點(diǎn)采用GPZ盆式橡膠隔震支座,弱化主塔樓與裙房的連接,使上部結(jié)構(gòu)單元變得簡(jiǎn)單規(guī)則。結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算表明,結(jié)構(gòu)振型、層間位移角、承載力均滿足規(guī)范要求。裙房大跨度屋蓋采用了后張有粘接預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土井字梁樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮了次彎矩的影響。[關(guān)鍵詞]樁筏基礎(chǔ);變剛度調(diào)平; PHC管樁;隔震支座;預(yù)應(yīng)力井字梁Structural design of Wujin finance mansionLi Yonghua, Li Siming(School of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:Wujin finance mansion is a sophisticated high-rise building without joint in large area basement. Prestressed high intensity concrete (PHC)pipe piles are used in pileraft foundation design, and the PHC piles are also used to be against floatation in single basement. An optimal pile-raft design is proposed to reduce differential settlement based on foundation rigidity adjustment, and the calculation results show that it can reduce the differential settlement effectively. By using GPZ isolation bearings to weaken the connection of steel gallery, the units of structure become more regular. The analysis results of the structure show that the deformation, story displace ratio, modal and bearing capacity satisfy the demand. The post tensioned bonded prestressed square-crossing beams are applied in larger span roof design of podium, and secondary moments are considered in design.Keywords:pile-raft foundations; PHC piles; isolation bearing; prestressed square-crossing beam
