新近吹填土的真空動力固結(jié)加固效果試驗研究

(1 南京工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,南京 210009;2 江蘇省建筑工程質(zhì)量檢測中心有限公司,南京 210008; 3 東南大學(xué)巖土工程研究所,南京 210096)[摘要]真空動力固結(jié)法將強夯技術(shù)和真空降排水技術(shù)有機結(jié)合起來,利用真空降水技術(shù)對土體進(jìn)行有效預(yù)壓,同時利用真空排水技術(shù)加速強夯過程中超靜孔隙水壓力消散和孔隙水排出,提高土體強度、降低壓縮性、改善砂土抗液化條件。真空動力固結(jié)法目前國內(nèi)外應(yīng)用研究比較少,不能簡單套用已有的動力固結(jié)經(jīng)驗,須通過現(xiàn)場試驗研究以完善設(shè)計方法和施工工藝。針對某工業(yè)基地新近吹填完成的大面積淤質(zhì)粉細(xì)砂土,采用真空動力固結(jié)法進(jìn)行地基處理試驗研究并獲得成功,產(chǎn)生了顯著的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效果,為后續(xù)大面積處理施工提供了決策依據(jù)及工程經(jīng)驗,可供類似吹填造地工程參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]吹填土;真空動力固結(jié);試驗方案;加固效果Test study of reinforce effect on recently dredger fill with vacuum dynamic consolidationWang Liming1,2, Han Xuanjiang1, Zhang Bafang3(1 Col. of Civil Eng.,Nanjing Uni. of Technology,Nanjing 210009,China; 2 Jiangsu Testing Center for Quality of Construction Engineering Co. Ltd,Nanjing 210008,China; 3 Ins. of Geotechnical Eng.,Southeast Uni.,Nanjing 210096,China)Abstract:Vacuum dynamic compaction method combines dynamic compaction method with vacuum precipitation draining water technology. It pre-presses the soil using the vacuum precipitation technology, meanwhile it accelerates the ultra static pore-water pressure to dissipate and pore water discharges using the vacuum draining water technology. It enhances the soil strength, reduces the compression and improves dredger fill anti-liquefication performance. But there is a research void at present at home and abroad, it cannot be simply applied mechanically and needs to be consummated the design method and the construction craft through the in-situ test research.Aimed at the foundation treatment of the recently dredger mucky silty fine sand in a industrial base,the insitu test with vacuum dynamic consolidation method was successfully completed.The test has caused remarkable technical economic effect,and also has supplied decision foundation and engineering experience for the subsequent large acreage construction.
