基于集中參數(shù)模型的大型機器基礎(chǔ)-樁土系統(tǒng)動力反應(yīng)分析

(1 福州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,福州 350002; 2 清華大學(xué)土木系,北京 100084)[摘要]機器基礎(chǔ)的動力分析在設(shè)計中具有十分重要的位置。提出了適用于大型機器基礎(chǔ)動力分析的集中參數(shù)分析方法和基礎(chǔ)簡化模型,考慮樁與地基不均勻振動以及大型機器振動對基礎(chǔ)動力反應(yīng)的影響,反映大型機器基礎(chǔ)不同位置上樁的振動反應(yīng),適合機器基礎(chǔ)防微振分析與設(shè)計的工程應(yīng)用?;诩袇?shù)模型,對實際大型機器基礎(chǔ)工程進行了動力反應(yīng)分析,得到了工程設(shè)計所需的振幅轉(zhuǎn)速、線速度轉(zhuǎn)速的頻率反應(yīng)曲線,分析樁長對基礎(chǔ)振動的影響,提出了對機器基礎(chǔ)工程設(shè)計有意義的建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]樁-土-結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用;集中參數(shù)模型;大型機器模型;機器基礎(chǔ);動力反應(yīng)分析Dynamic response analysis for large machine foundation-pile-soil system based on lumped parameter modelGu Yin1,2,Liu Jingbo2(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Fuzhou University, Fuzhou 350002, China;2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract:Machine foundation vibration has great effect on the production work, so the dynamic analysis of the machine foundation is very important. A lump-parameter model is developed to analyze the dynamic problem of the large dynamic machine foundation-pile interactive system. The inconsistent vibration of the pile and foundation is considered in the simplified model of the large machine vibration. The method which obtained the response of the pile in difference situation can be easily applied to vibration protection engineering design. The lump-parameter model is constructed for analyzing the actual large machine foundation and the results of frequency curve of amplitude-speed and linear velocity-speed are obtained for engineering design.
