［摘要］采用沉降后澆帶來減少高層建筑與裙房或地下車庫之間的差異沉降，后澆帶封閉前，按后澆帶分成的幾個單體建筑，考慮其相互影響，計算沉降變形；沉降后澆帶封閉后，按大底盤結構-基礎-地基共同作用進行沉降分析。兩階段沉降分析結果互相疊加，沉降后澆帶的封閉時間可以根據封閉后沉降后澆帶兩側的差異沉降來控制，一般差異沉降不超過10～15mm。對沉降后澆帶的位置、構造及封閉時間提出了控制建議。

Delay poured settlement strips technique and its applications

Abstract:Delay poured settlement strips technique which is used in reducing the settlement difference between tall building and podiums is introduced. Before the delay poured settlement strips are closed, the settlement of each building is calculated considering the interralationship. After the delay poured settlement strips are closed, it is analyzed considering the combined action of enlarged base structure, foundation and soil. The settlements of the two stages are superposed, and the closed time can be controlled according to the different settlment. Normally the different settlment is less than 10～15mm. The pouring criterion of settlement is also put forward.
