開口管樁土塞效應(yīng)研究進(jìn)展及展望

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)地下建筑與工程系,上海 200092)[摘要]針對開口鋼管樁在成樁過程中形成土塞的閉塞效應(yīng),回顧總結(jié)了影響土塞性狀的因素、土塞的力學(xué)分析及評價和土塞機(jī)理及分析方法。目前,國內(nèi)外對于土塞的研究多是針對土塞閉塞效應(yīng),從宏觀的角度進(jìn)行定性或半定量的研究,很少對開口管樁沉樁過程中土塞的形成和發(fā)展機(jī)理進(jìn)行細(xì)觀研究,尤其是對土塞機(jī)理的定量分析更是處于初級階段。最后,基于先進(jìn)的數(shù)碼攝像可視化跟蹤技術(shù)和數(shù)字信息計算機(jī)實時處理技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,提出了土塞效應(yīng)細(xì)觀顆粒流(PFC)模擬方法,為開口管樁土塞效應(yīng)研究提供了一種新思路。[關(guān)鍵詞]開口管樁;土塞;土塞效應(yīng);土拱效應(yīng);土塞增量填充率Development and expectation on soil plug in driving or jacked openended pipe pilesZhou Jian, Wang Guanying(Department of Geotechnical Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract:Studies on soil plug in driving or jacked open-ended pipe piles were reviewed and summarized, which include the influence factors of soil plug characteristic,the mechanics analysis and the evaluation of soil plug,and the mechanism of soil plug and the analysis method for soil plug. At present, studies on soil plug mainly aimed at the studies of qualitative and quasi-quantitative from the point of macro-view, both at home and abroad. There are few study which aimed at the micro-mechanism of soil plug, especially for the quantitative studies of soil plug. Finally, according to the apply of advanced digital photographic video tracing technique and computer real time digital information processing technique, a new method for researching the effect of the soil plug in open-ended pipe pile,the particle flow code in 2-dimension(PFC2D)simulation of soil plug,is proposed.Keywords:open-ended pipe pile; soil plug; soil plug effect; soil arching effect; incremental filling ration*國家自然科學(xué)基金資助(50578122)。
