(清華大學(xué)土木系 北京 100084)［提要］ 對結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計使用年限與《建筑法》提出的建筑物合理使用壽命之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討，指出混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計所提供的結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性或設(shè)計使用年限應(yīng)具備足夠的保證率或安全裕度，并認(rèn)為現(xiàn)行混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范所設(shè)置的耐久性水準(zhǔn)不能滿足《建筑法》規(guī)定的“必須確保”主體結(jié)構(gòu)在合理使用壽命內(nèi)的質(zhì)量要求。同時分析了我國混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程短壽的多種原因，不僅要盡快提高技術(shù)規(guī)范的耐久與安全設(shè)置水準(zhǔn)，而且要完善建筑物的管理制度。［關(guān)鍵詞］ 建筑物 合理使用壽命 混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 設(shè)計使用年限 設(shè)計規(guī)范Code Provisions for Structural Design Shall Ensure the Adequate Service Life of Buildings/Authors:Chen Zhaoyuan (Dept. of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University，Beijing 100084,China)Abstract:The relationship between the design life of building structures and the “adequate service life” of buildings as stipulated in Chinese Building Act is analyzed. It is noted that the requirements for durability level or design life in current Chinese design codes for structural concrete cannot be able to ensure the adequate life of buildings.
