有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋混凝土梁抗裂計算方法

(同濟大學(xué)建筑工程系 上海 200092)[提要] 關(guān)于有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋混凝土梁的抗裂度和裂縫寬度的計算問題,目前我國現(xiàn)行設(shè)計規(guī)范中尚無相關(guān)規(guī)定,ACI 4401R—06規(guī)范僅給出了非預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋混凝土梁的最大裂縫寬度的計算方法。分別應(yīng)用我國現(xiàn)行《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50010—2002)和ACI 318—05規(guī)范中適用于普通鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的抗裂度公式,計算了國內(nèi)外30根有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋混凝土梁試件的開裂彎矩。按我國《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》計算的開裂彎矩值與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好??紤]了FRP筋等效、FRP筋的粘結(jié)性能以及環(huán)氧涂層鋼筋等的影響,對我國《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》中有關(guān)受彎構(gòu)件最大裂縫寬度的計算公式進行了修正。基于提出的修正公式和ACI 440.1R—06規(guī)范對國內(nèi)外24根有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋混凝土梁的試驗結(jié)果進行計算對比。分析結(jié)果表明,文中的計算值與試驗結(jié)果更為吻合。[關(guān)鍵詞] 有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力FRP筋 混凝土梁 抗裂度 最大裂縫寬度 計算方法Calculation Methods for Cracking Moments and Crack Width of Concrete Beams Prestressed with Bonded FRP Tendons/Authors:Tan Yuan, Xue Weichen, Wang Xiaohui (Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:At present, current Chinese design codes have no provisions for calculation of the cracking moments and maximum crack width of concrete beams prestressed with FRP tendons. ACI 440.1R.06 code provides the calculation methods for the non-prestressed cases. The cracking moments of existing thirty specimens are calculated based on current Chinese design code for concrete structures and ACI 31805 code, respectively. The calculation methods for the maximum crack width in current Chinese design code for concrete structures are modified with taking account of the equivalent of FRP tendons, bond behavior of FRP tendons and the influence of epoxy coated steel bars.
