[摘要]介紹了金華萬達廣場大底盤地下室基礎(chǔ)利用巖層埋深較淺的自然條件采用巖石錨桿均勻布置于地下室底板下的抗浮設(shè)計過程。與傳統(tǒng)的抗拔樁(錨桿)集中布置在柱承臺下的抗浮設(shè)計相比,該設(shè)計具有減少地下底板配筋量、降低造價的優(yōu)點。并采用MIDAS/Gen有限元軟件對地下室底板的變形進行分析,結(jié)果表明,地下室底板變形量均小于錨桿達到極限抗拔承載力時錨桿彈性位移量,設(shè)計滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求。

Antifloating bolt design of basement for Wanda Plaza in Jinhua

Abstract:With consideration of shallow bedrocks, antifloating design of a large podium basement which adopts rock bolts arranged under basement base slab uniformly was introduced for Wanda Plaza in Jinhua. Different from traditional antifloating design with uplift piles (bolts) arranged under the column cushion cap intensively, the design would reduce reinforcement quantity of base slab and reduce the cost. The deformation analysis of basement base slab by finite element software MIDAS/Gen was carried out. Results indicate that the deformation of base slab is smaller than elastic deformation of bolt in ultimate uplift bearing capacity state and the design satisfies the requirements of current codes.
