有粘結預應力FRP筋混凝土梁正截面受彎承載力計算方法

(同濟大學建筑工程系 上海 200092)[提要] 國內外已有試驗研究表明,有粘結預應力FRP筋混凝土梁的破壞模式包括界限破壞、受壓破壞與受拉破壞三種。在我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中尚無關于預應力FRP筋混凝土梁的設計規(guī)定,在ACI 440.4R.04規(guī)范中雖有相關的規(guī)定,但其針對的是截面受拉區(qū)僅配置預應力FRP筋的混凝土梁。對截面受拉區(qū)同時配置預應力FRP筋和非預應力鋼筋、預應力FRP筋和非預應力FRP筋這兩種混合配筋形式下的有粘結預應力FRP筋混凝土梁的正截面抗彎承載力計算方法進行了研究?;谑軓澖孛娴臉O限狀態(tài)分析,分別提出了三種破壞模式下正截面抗彎承載力的計算公式。為了驗證公式,進行了6根有粘結預應力FRP筋混凝土梁的單調靜力試驗以及基于ANSYS軟件的非線性有限元參數(shù)分析。應用建議公式對課題組及國外完成的48根有粘結預應力FRP筋混凝土梁的試驗結果和6根梁的參數(shù)分析結果進行了計算與對比,計算值與試驗結果和參數(shù)分析結果吻合較好。[關鍵詞] 有粘結預應力FRP筋 混凝土梁 抗彎承載力 混合配筋 計算方法Calculation Methods for Flexural Capacity of Normal Section of Concrete Beams Prestressed with Bonded FRP Tendons/Authors:Xue Weichen, Tan Yuan, Wang Xiaohui (Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:The failure modes of concrete beams prestressed with bonded FRP tendons can be classified into three types: the balanced failure, compression-controlled failure and tension-controlled failure. At present, no design provisions for bonded FRP tendons are included in current Chinese codes. Some correlative provisions are involved in the ACI 440.4R.04 code, which only focus on the concrete beams with FRP tendons in the tension region. It presents studies on the calculation methods for flexural capacity of the concrete beams, reinforced with both FRP tendons and steel bars, or both prestressed and non-prestressed FRP reinforcements. The calculation formulas for flexural capacity are provided based on analysis of the ultimate statement of sections. Experimental studies on six concrete beams prestressed with bonded FRP tendons and nonlinear parametric analysis are carried out to verify the proposed formulas. The flexural capacity of existing forty-eight specimens and six parametric specimens is calculated by the proposed formulas.
