[摘要]分別開(kāi)展了鋼筋桁架組合樓板在施工階段和使用階段的靜力試驗(yàn),獲得了施工階段鋼筋桁架模板體系的變形特征以及使用階段鋼筋桁架組合樓板的破壞形式。研究了底部鋼板、剪跨比等因素對(duì)鋼筋桁架組合樓板使用階段抗彎性能的影響,底部鋼板可提高鋼筋桁架組合樓板的抗彎承載力及抗彎剛度,剪跨比會(huì)影響鋼筋桁架組合樓板的破壞形式及抗彎承載力。通過(guò)理論分析,給出不同高度鋼筋桁架模板體系在施工階段的最大無(wú)支撐跨度,提出鋼筋桁架組合樓板在使用階段的正截面抗彎承載力簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式。

Experimental study on bending behavior of steel bar truss composite slab

Abstract:Static loading tests for steel bar truss composite slabs under construction loads and service loads were carried out. The deformation feature of the steel bar truss formwork system during construction phase was obtained as well as the failure modes of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase. The influences of the bottom steel sheeting and the shearspan ratio on the bending behavior of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase were investigated. The bottom steel sheeting can improve the bending bearing capacity and stiffness of steel bar truss composite slab, the shear span ratio can also affect the failure form and bending bearing capacity of steel bar truss composite slab. The maximum span without support for steel bar truss formworks with different heights was obtained by theoretical analyses. The simplified formula of bending bearing capacity of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase was proposed.
