［摘要］泰州華潤(rùn)中心由兩棟建筑高度近200m的超高層塔樓和大型商業(yè)裙樓組成。超高層塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。底部框架柱采用新型鋼管混凝土疊合柱，對(duì)疊合柱內(nèi)埋鋼管外圍的箍筋進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化以提高其承載力和延性。核心筒南側(cè)剪力墻在高區(qū)收進(jìn)，轉(zhuǎn)化為5根框架柱，并對(duì)相應(yīng)位置的剪力墻進(jìn)行了抗震加強(qiáng)。在初步設(shè)計(jì)階段的前期對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析，從而找到結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位并予以優(yōu)化。系統(tǒng)介紹了該工程地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn)、抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法以及新型疊合柱的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。

Super highrise structural design of Taizhou China Resources Center

Abstract:Taizhou China Resources Center is comprised of two super highrise buildings with nearly 200m height and shopping mall. Reinforced concrete framecorewall structural system was used in the super highrise buildings. A new type of steel tubereinforced concrete column was used in the low zone, of which the exterior stirrups around the steel tube were optimized to enhance the bearing capacity and ductility. The south side of the corewall had setback in the high zone and was converted to five dispersal columns and seismic reinforcement measures were taken to the relevant shearwall. The elastoplastic timehistory analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out in the early stage of draft design phase to find out and optimize the weak parts of the buildings. The foundation design, structural characteristics, principles and methods of performancebased seismic design were described systematically as well as the analysis and design of the new type steel tubereinforced concrete column.
