[摘要]孝感市民之家采用由鋼桁架組成的鋼混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,從3層樓面開始四面懸挑。在滿足建筑功能的前提下,對多種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進行了承載能力和位移比選,得到了較優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用性能化方法對該結(jié)構(gòu)進行設(shè)計,并對懸挑構(gòu)件的支撐系統(tǒng)進行了中震彈性分析,滿足中震彈性、大震不屈服要求;利用MIDAS Gen軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行靜力彈塑性分析,以了解結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下的性能,保證結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)多道抗震防線要求;為防止懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)連續(xù)倒塌,采用SAP2000軟件模擬懸挑桿件失效,進行了抗連續(xù)倒塌分析;對樓面大開洞采取了有針對性的加強構(gòu)造措施。

Largespan cantilever structure design for Xiaogan Citizens′ Home

Abstract:Xiaogan Citizens′ Home project adopts concretesteel hybrid structural system with steel trusses. The structure has cantilever on four sides of the building starting from the third level. On conditions of suiting architectural functions, an optimal structural system was selected through bearing capacity and displacement comparisons among various scenarios. Performancebased seismic design method was used to design and bracing systems of the cantilever substructure were elastically analyzed under the precautionary earthquake to conclude that the system fulfilled requirements of keeping elastic under the precautionary earthquake and keeping unyielding under the rare earthquake. Software MIDAS Gen was adopted to carry out Pushover analysis to master the structural performance under the rare earthquake and assure the multiple seismic fortification lines. For avoiding progressive collapse of the cantilever structure, failure of cantilever elements was simulated by software SAP2000 and progressive collapse analyses were conducted. Large opening in floor was strengthened with corresponding structural details.
