［摘要］北京葛洲壩大廈由1幢辦公主樓、大堂門廳、2幢商務酒店及裙樓組成。辦公主樓結構高度為117m，采用鋼筋混凝土筒中筒結構體系，存在三項不規(guī)則，屬于復雜高層建筑結構。采取基于性能的抗震設計方法，對辦公主樓采用多模型多程序進行了彈性和靜力彈塑性分析。計算結果表明，結構各項指標均符合規(guī)范要求，整體安全。

Structural design on  office building of Beijing Gezhouba Mansion

Abstract:Beijing Gezhouba Mansion is composed of one office building, one lobby entrance hall, two business hotels and corresponding podiums. The office building, which is 117 meters high with reinforced concrete tube in tube structural system, belongs to complex highrise building with three irregular conditions. Based on the performancebased seismic design method, the elastic and Pushover analysis for the office building were carried out with different models and software. The results show that the structural performance can meet the code requirements and the structure is safe.
