［摘要］哈爾濱江北區(qū)香格里拉酒店建筑屋面高度為1682m，塔樓部分存在高度超限和扭轉不規(guī)則的問題。為滿足抗震和抗風的技術要求，采用型鋼混凝土柱鋼筋混凝土梁鋼筋混凝土核心筒抗側力結構體系。分別應用SATWE，ETABS軟件對結構進行分析，計算結果滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求。通過靜力彈塑性分析，研究了結構的抗震性能。針對外框結構不封閉以及樓板開洞等不規(guī)則問題，采取了一系列有效的抗震加強措施。

Structural antiseismic design of ShangriLa Hotel in Jiangbei district in Harbin

Abstract:ShangriLa Hotel in Jiangbei district in Harbin has an architectural roof height of 1682 meters. The problems of height exceeding codelimit and torsional irregularity exist in the tower. In order to meet the technical requirements of the seismic and wind, the structure system of steel reinforced concrete columnreinforced concrete beamreinforced concrete core tube was used to resist lateral forces. SATWE and ETABS programs were applied to analyze this structure respectively. The calculated results meet current code requirements. The seismic performance of the structure was studied by static elastoplastic analysis. In the light of the irregular issues including outside frame structure being not closed and opening in floor, a series of effective seismic strengthening measures were adopted.
