寧波綠地中心結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性分析和TLD風(fēng)振控制

[摘要]寧波綠地中心采用帶加強(qiáng)層的型鋼混凝土框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性是關(guān)鍵問題。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際剛度和荷載分布情況,采用了等效臨界屈曲荷載系數(shù)和等效側(cè)向剛度的修正算法,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性。整體線性屈曲分析和幾何非線性屈曲分析也進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)具有可靠的整體穩(wěn)定性。設(shè)計(jì)中利用結(jié)構(gòu)屋面放置的消防水箱,將其改造成調(diào)諧液體阻尼器(TLD)。分析計(jì)算了TLD自振周期、質(zhì)量比等參數(shù),介紹了其設(shè)計(jì)方法和步驟。參考了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),計(jì)算得到TLD對高層建筑順風(fēng)向脈動風(fēng)振反應(yīng)控制效果的等效結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼比,從而求得TLD對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的減振效果。

Structural overall stability analysis and TLD windinduced vibration control

of Ningbo Greenland Center

Abstract:Ningbo Greenland Center adopts hybrid structural system of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) framereinforced concrete corewall with strengthened stories. The structural overall stability is the key problem. According to the structures actual stiffness and load distribution characteristics, equivalent critical buckling load factor and a modified method of the equivalent lateral stiffness were used to analyze the structural overall stability. The  overall linear buckling analysis and geometrical nonlinear buckling analysis were carried out to prove the reliable overall stability of the structure further. The fire water tank was set on the top of the building and  was designed as tuned liquid damper (TLD). The natural vibration period and mass ratio of the TLD were analyzed and calculated, and the design method and process of TLD were introduced as well. Supported by the available literatures, equivalent structural damping ratio for the control effect of TLD on fluctuation windinduced vibration of highrise building was calculated, and the vibration damping effect on main structure with TLD was obtained accordingly.
