［摘要］通過某個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的示例模型，闡述《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》（JGJ 3—2010）中剪力墻軸壓比計(jì)算方法在200m以上超高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題，主要有不考慮翼緣墻和腹板墻的區(qū)別、不同抗震設(shè)防烈度的區(qū)別、不同傾覆彎矩分擔(dān)比例的區(qū)別等問題。同時(shí)給出了軸壓比計(jì)算時(shí)考慮地震作用設(shè)計(jì)值和長(zhǎng)墻軸壓比計(jì)算中考慮彎矩影響這兩個(gè)改進(jìn)建議。

Abstract:A simple example was used to show the problems in calculation of

shearwall axial compression ratio for super highrise buildings over 200m according to Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010), such as discarding the difference between the flange wall and web wall, different seismic precautionary intensities and different sharing proportion of overturning moment. Two suggestions were offered to improve the calculation, including considering seismic design load in axial compression ratio calculation and considering moment effect in long shearwall axial compression ratio calculation.
