［提要］  采用國產(chǎn)Q235熱軋鋼材設計并制作防屈曲支撐，測試了鋼材的力學性能，研究了3個鋼材品種、3種截面、2種組合方式的6個防屈曲支撐試件。通過低周反復荷載加載試驗，研究了防屈曲支撐的力-位移滯回曲線、割線剛度及其退化過程、等效粘滯阻尼比等抗震性能。結果表明，試件構造合理、工作可靠、抗震性能優(yōu)異，Q235低碳鋼熱軋鋼材適合于制作防屈曲支撐，其力學表現(xiàn)有利于今后工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的標準化和規(guī)格化。

Abstract:With hotrolled Q235 steel material produced in  China, some specimens of bucklingrestrained brace are designed and manufactured. Mechanical properties of the material are tested. Six specimens with three steel categories, three kinds of cross section shape and two kinds of composed method are tested under statically cyclic loading. Seismic performances are studied. It is proved that Q235 steel production suits making bucklingrestrained braces. The BRB with the steel are reliable with good function and excellent seismic performance. The mechanical behavior of the BRB with the steel will favor industrial standardization and normalization.
