輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)樓面板用結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板沖擊性能研究*

[摘要]介紹了輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)樓面板所用結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板在沖擊載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)性能試驗(yàn)裝置、試驗(yàn)條件和試驗(yàn)方法;研究了結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板在沖擊載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:同一樹(shù)種、不同厚度的結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板,其厚度越大,抗沖擊性能越強(qiáng);意楊結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板的抗沖擊性能要優(yōu)于桉木結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板的;結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板的抗沖擊性能隨著沖擊能量的增大而減弱,并呈現(xiàn)一定的函數(shù)相關(guān)性;同一樹(shù)種、同一層數(shù)、同一厚度情況下,板芯厚度增大,抗沖擊性能呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。

Impact property study on structural plywood for floor panel of light wood structures

Abstract:The experimental conditions, equipment and methods for the impact property experiment of the structural plywood for floor panel of light wood structures were introduced. The structural performance of structural plywood under impact load was studied. The test results show that for the structural plywood with the same species in different thickness, the impact property increases with the thickness. Impact property of Poplar structure plywood is better than that of Eucalyptus plywood. Impact property of structural plywood decreases with the increase of impact energy, which presents certain function relationship. The impact property increases at first and then decreases if the floor core of the same species, the same plies and the same thickness gets thicker.
