輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)夾板剪力墻釘節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗研究*

[摘要]選用SPF規(guī)格材(云杉松木冷杉)與不同厚度的定向刨花板,依據(jù)荷載垂直或平行于木材紋理方向制作60個夾板剪力墻釘連接試件以及20個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)剪力墻釘連接試件,采用美國ASTM D 176112試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行單調(diào)加載試驗。結(jié)果表明:采用相同厚度的定向刨花板制作的夾板剪力墻釘節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)剪力墻釘節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力大;隨著夾板厚度的增加,夾板剪力墻釘節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力、剛度、延性系數(shù)提高;相同厚度OSB制作的順紋釘節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度大于橫紋釘節(jié)點(diǎn);12mm厚的定向刨花板比較適合制作夾板剪力墻。

Experimental research on MIDPLY shear wall nail joints of light wood structures

Abstract:Sixty connection specimens of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints and twenty connection specimens of standard shear wall nail joints were made according to perpendiculartograin and the paralleltograin loads by using SPF dimension lumber (SprucePineFir) and OSB with different thickness. Monotonic loading tests were applied to the specimens based on ASTM D 176112. Test results show that the bearing capacity of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints is higher than that of standard shear wall nail joint with the same thickness of OSB. With the increase of  MIDPLY thickness, the bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility factor of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints are improved. With the same thickness of OSB, the stiffness of the paralleltograin nail joint is higher than that of perpendiculartograin joint. OSB with 12mm thickness is quite properly used for MIDPLY shear wall.
