[摘要]深圳某網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技大廈副樓為復(fù)雜超限單邊大懸挑建筑,采用框架核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屋面高度為47m,單邊懸挑長(zhǎng)度達(dá)3665m,桁架高度為15m。針對(duì)該重要、復(fù)雜、特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)體系各部分的傳力機(jī)制及特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)、卸載模擬、懸挑部分的風(fēng)振動(dòng)與舒適度研究以及大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)豎向地震動(dòng)研究和整體結(jié)構(gòu)防連續(xù)倒塌分析。提出了解決桁架根部局部彎矩過(guò)大的新型節(jié)點(diǎn),并對(duì)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足要求,所采取的設(shè)計(jì)方法和新技術(shù)是合理可行的。

Network Technology Mansion in Shenzhen

Abstract:The annex building of  Network Technology Mansion in Shenzhen is a complex outofcode unilateral large cantilever structure with roof height of 47m, using framecore wall structural system with unilateral cantilever length of 3665m and truss height of 15m. For the important, complex, unique structural system, the force transmission mechanisms and characteristics of every part of the structural system were analyzed. The performancebased seismic design, unloading simulation, wind vibration and comfort level study for the cantilever system as well as the vertical ground motion study  and the progressive collapse analysis of the overall structure were carried out. A new node was put forward to solve the problem of local large bending moment in truss root, and the finite element analysis was carried out in key nodes. The analyses results show that structural design meets the code requirements and  design methods  and new technologies  are feasible and reasonable.
