［摘要］裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)在于如何實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)制構(gòu)件之間的可靠連接。為驗(yàn)證預(yù)制柱、預(yù)制梁之間水泥灌漿料套筒連接接頭的可靠性，開展了9個(gè)水泥灌漿料套筒連接接頭拉伸承載力試驗(yàn)，考察了套筒和鋼筋直徑大小對(duì)該接頭拉伸承載力的影響。同時(shí)，仿真試驗(yàn)結(jié)果亦驗(yàn)證了采用水泥灌漿料套筒連接接頭的可行性，為推廣水泥灌漿料套筒連接接頭的應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。

Experimental study on ultimate tensile bearing capacity of cement grouting sleeve connection

Abstract:The technical difficulty of assembled integral frame structure is how to realize reliable connection between the precast concrete components. In order to verify the reliability of cement grouting sleeve connection between PC columns and PC beams, nine tests on ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the cement grouting sleeve connection were carried out and the influences of the sleeve diameter and the steel bar diameter on ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the connection were investigated. The simulation test results also verify the feasibility of the cement grouting sleeve connection, which provides basis for popularizing the application of cement grouting sleeve connections.
