冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件腹板局部受壓承載力分析及設(shè)計建議*

(西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,西安 710055)[摘要]由于冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件截面厚度較薄,當無橫向加勁肋時,構(gòu)件可能會在集中荷載作用處發(fā)生腹板壓跛現(xiàn)象,我國現(xiàn)行《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)僅對壓型鋼板給出了驗算公式,但對常用的C形、Z形截面構(gòu)件并未進行具體規(guī)定。綜合分析國外相關(guān)標準的規(guī)定,并考慮我國結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的實際情況,給出了統(tǒng)一的冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件腹板局部受壓承載力的計算公式。由試驗數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)值分析和設(shè)計算例的對比可以看出,該公式適用于壓型鋼板及C形、Z形截面的冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件,為現(xiàn)行規(guī)范GB 50018—2002的修訂提供依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件; 腹板壓跛; 局部受壓承載力; 計算公式; 數(shù)值分析中圖分類號:TU391 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)05-0086-05Local bearing capacity analysis for the web of cold-formed thin-wall member and design recommendationZhong Weihui, Meng Bao, Hao Jiping, Zhou Wenbin(School of Civil Engineering, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi’an 710055, China)Abstract: Because of the thin sectional plate, the web crippling may happen under concentrated load at the web of cold-formed thin-wall member without transverse stiffeners. The Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GB 50018—2002) only provides the checking formula for profiled steel sheet, but has no specific provisions for the commonly used C-shaped and Z-shaped members. Investigated the provisions of foreign standards comprehensively, and considered the actual conditions of domestic structural design, the common formula calculating local bearing capacity for the web of cold-formed thin-wall member was given.
