連續(xù)檁條在金屬建筑系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用的可行性

[提要]  從分析模型和穩(wěn)定兩方面闡述了連續(xù)檁條在金屬建筑系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用的可行性。對(duì)搭接模型和均勻連續(xù)梁模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明采用均勻連續(xù)梁的分析模型可較為準(zhǔn)確地描述連續(xù)搭接檁條的內(nèi)力狀況;而對(duì)于僅在檁條上翼緣附近設(shè)置拉條,豎向力作用下如何保證支座區(qū)受壓下翼緣的穩(wěn)定性在很大程度上影響著連續(xù)檁條在工程中的推廣應(yīng)用,因此對(duì)其進(jìn)行了理論分析。分析結(jié)果表明連續(xù)檁條的穩(wěn)定驗(yàn)算由風(fēng)吸力作用下跨中下翼緣反彎點(diǎn)之間的受壓區(qū)控制。同時(shí)提出了連續(xù)檁條連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和構(gòu)造要求。最后,給出一個(gè)連續(xù)檁條的工程實(shí)例,供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

Feasibility of the Application of Continuous Purlins in Metal Building System/Sun Dongming, Xia Junwu, Jiang Long(School of Architecture & Civil Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou 221008, China)
Abstract:It is described the feasibility of the application of the continuous purlins in metal building system from the aspects of analytic model and stability. A detailed calculation results verified the moment and deflection of lapped connection beam is similar as that of continuous beam. So the continuous beam analytic model is suitable for analyzing roof purlins. However, how to guarantee the stability of the bearing compressed zone without the tension bar in bottom flange greatly affect the use of continuous purlins in project, theoretical analysis is carried out. It shows that the stability of continuous purlins is controlled by bottom flange in middle span within wind suction.The design outline of connection and the detailing requiments of continuous purlins are also proposed. Finally,  a project of continuous purlins is presented.
