福州海峽奧體中心體育場(chǎng)卸載過程分析及監(jiān)測(cè)

[摘要]大跨度鋼網(wǎng)殼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)在卸載過程中的受力狀態(tài)與成型后的受力狀態(tài)相比有很大變化。以福州海峽奧體中心體育場(chǎng)為例,建立體育場(chǎng)卸載過程模擬的有限元模型,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)在卸載過程中的位移和應(yīng)力變化趨勢(shì),并在監(jiān)測(cè)過程中考慮溫度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)卸載過程的影響。結(jié)果表明,鋼罩篷臨時(shí)支撐卸載后,其主要桿件內(nèi)力相對(duì)于卸載前的應(yīng)力變化較大,但所有桿件的應(yīng)力隨卸載過程的進(jìn)行變化都比較平緩,監(jiān)測(cè)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)范圍之內(nèi);懸挑端監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)均較卸載前產(chǎn)生向下的豎向位移,結(jié)構(gòu)變形值和計(jì)算值吻合,說明采用有限元模擬結(jié)構(gòu)卸載過程可行,所采取的結(jié)構(gòu)卸載過程監(jiān)測(cè)方法能夠有效地反映結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和位移變化。

Analysis and monitoring of unloading process for Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center

Abstract: The stress states are different in the construction process and after the molding of the large-span steel reticulated shell roof structure. Taking the Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center as an example, the finite element model simulating the construction unloading process was established, and the changing trends of displacement and stress in the unloading process were analyzed. The effect of the temperature on the structure in unloading process was also considered. The results show that after unloading the temporary supports of steel awning, the internal forces of main rods changes greatly relative to stress before unloading, stress changes for all monitoring points of temporary supports are relatively flat in the unloading process, and monitored stress-strain curve is within the scope of the structure design. Downward vertical displacement appears in cantilevered end after unloading and structure deformation value agrees with calculation value, which suggests that unloading process simulated by finite element method is feasible and adopted monitoring method in the unloading process can effectively reflect the change of internal force and displacement of the structure.
