新型弦支剛架結(jié)構(gòu)體系的設(shè)計與分析

[摘要]結(jié)合某一實際工程,在對比研究梁柱節(jié)點連接形式對弦支剛架結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了梁柱節(jié)點采用剛性連接的形式。針對風(fēng)吸荷載較大的情況,分析了弦支剛架的預(yù)應(yīng)力設(shè)計方法。鑒于弦支剛架的梁柱-拉索節(jié)點受力復(fù)雜,設(shè)計了補強型梁柱-拉索節(jié)點,并建立有限元模型分析其力學(xué)性能,驗證了補強型梁柱-拉索節(jié)點受力的合理性。通過分析弦支剛架的整體力學(xué)性能,得到其力學(xué)分布規(guī)律,同時分析結(jié)果還表明,弦支剛架的剛度大,結(jié)構(gòu)變形小。對比弦支剛架與普通門式剛架在相同荷載下的內(nèi)力表明,相對普通門式剛架上弦梁的跨中彎矩,弦支剛架上弦梁的跨中彎矩減小了69.35%。

Design and analysis of a new cable-supported steel frame structural system

Abstract: Rigid connection of beam-column connection was adopted in an engineering project with the consideration of the effect of beam-column connection on structural behavior of the cable-supported steel frame structure. The pre-stress design method applied in the structure was specifically analyzed due to the relatively large wind load. Considering complex mechanical performance of beam-column-cable joint of the structure, a reinforced beam-column-cable joint was designed and its mechanical behavior was analyzed with finite element model to verify the mechanical feasibility of the joint. The mechanical distribution law of the structure was obtained through overall mechanical proporty analysis of the cable-supported steel frame, and analysis results indicate that the overall stiffness of the structure is large and the structural deformation is small. A comparison of the stress of the cable-supported steel frame and the traditional steel frame without cables shows that the mid-span moment of the upper chord beam of the new structure reduces about 69.35%.
