[摘要]  青島北站無(wú)柱雨棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼管柱及平面管桁架組成的空間體系，為外露式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，外觀效果要求較高.測(cè)量方法選擇和誤差控制措施是確保鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝精度的關(guān)鍵。本工程鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工過(guò)程中結(jié)合施工環(huán)境及構(gòu)件特征選用了平移觀測(cè)位置和構(gòu)建觀測(cè)位置的測(cè)量方法，通過(guò)對(duì)工序間的復(fù)測(cè)調(diào)整安裝誤差，有效保證了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝的垂直度和直線度，安裝精度滿足設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求。

of Qingdao North Railway Station

Abstract: The no-column steel canopy structure of Qingdao North Railway Station is a space system composed of Steel columns and planar tube truss. It’s the exposed steel structure and demands good appearance. The choice of measurement methods and error control measures are the key to ensure the steel structure mounting accuracy. Considering construction environment and components in the process of the steel structure construction, special methods of measurement including Pan observation position and components observation position were chosen. Through adjusting the installation error by retesting the processes, the verticality and straightness of steel installation were effectively ensured and installation accuracy satisfied the requirement of design and specification.
