Abstract: The construction scheme of large span truss generally adopts in situ assembly, the ascension of the whole or in the vicinity of assembling slip emplacement, but because the site is complex and cannot use large hoisting situation, only a tower crane can work from both ends to the middle of the high-altitude assembly site. This method breaks the conventional construction method, the construction practice proves that the scheme can not only fast installation, low cost, but also reduce the work high above the ground. The analysis and key points were introduced during the installation of various unfavorable factors of solution, and the optimize combination of components, making the installation process of shrinkage and deformation control, welding accuracy of monitoring were discussed.
