【摘要】 從某工程實例中轉(zhuǎn)換梁上層剪力墻剪力超限引發(fā)對轉(zhuǎn)換層上部剪力墻的研究，分別采用YJK、ETABS、MIDAS等軟件計算分析，結(jié)果吻合很好且均出現(xiàn)剪力突變現(xiàn)象，在大型通用有限元軟件ABAQUS中分別采用實體、殼單元、桿單元來模擬轉(zhuǎn)換梁和墻、柱，得出不同的單元類型均能較好地模擬實際情況，不同單元計算也存在剪力突變，因此在工程設(shè)計中應(yīng)該注意這種剪力超限，不能誤解為計算模型誤差或軟件精度誤差，同時對于轉(zhuǎn)換梁剛度增大會使得轉(zhuǎn)換梁上部剪力墻剪力偏少，使結(jié)構(gòu)偏于不安全，設(shè)計中應(yīng)結(jié)合實際慎重考慮。

Abstract: Analysising the shear wall as its Shear transfinite on the conversion beam from an engineering project. Using the YJK, ETABS, MIDAS software analysis, excluding software calculation accuracy caused by shear mutation entities, shell elements, beam elements were used in the large-scale general-purpose finite element software ABAQUS to analog conversion beams and walls, columns, and come to a different unit types can better simulate the actual situation, there are shear mutation engineering design should pay attention to this shear overrun, we can’t be misunderstood calculation model error or software precision error for the conversion of the beam stiffness increases will make the upper part of the transfer beam shear wall shear below normal, so that the structure is unsafe.
