[摘 要] 上海某地鐵車站及其周邊地塊開發(fā)工程是軌道交通結合城市商業(yè)地下空間開發(fā)的工程。針對本工程的特殊性，在地鐵車站與開發(fā)地塊結合的圍護結構設計、鄰地鐵地基基礎設計、開發(fā)地塊與地鐵主體結構連接、結構防水等關鍵問題上進行深入研究分析，并在設計中采取相應技術措施。本工程的設計實踐，可為軌道交通建設與城市地下空間開發(fā)相結合的工程提供參考。

Abstract：A underground space development project closing to a subway station is a underground complex combined with rail transit station. In view of the specialty of the adjacent metro engineering，some key problems，such as the design of the retaining structure，adjacent metro foundation design, the connection of the development of plots and the subway structure , waterproofing were deeply analyzed，and appropriate technical measures in the design are taken．The design practice can provide engineering reference for integrated regional project of the urban underground．
