［摘要］ 本文就襄陽綠地中央廣場項目一、二期地下車庫的柱網(wǎng)特點，通過延伸擴展對獨立地下室車庫的3種常用柱網(wǎng)，結(jié)合普通樓蓋(主梁大板、主次梁)、無梁樓蓋、密肋樓蓋4種不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式的受力特點和停車位布置情況，組合成13種方案，進行適用范圍探討及經(jīng)濟性研究分析，并得出柱網(wǎng)的大小對地庫的經(jīng)濟性影響遠比樓蓋形式顯著和小柱網(wǎng)無梁樓蓋最為經(jīng)濟的結(jié)論。為以后地下室標準化設(shè)計提供詳實的數(shù)據(jù)支持。

Economy research of independent underground garage column grid

Abstract: Based on three kinds of commonly used column grid for independent basement garage, and mechanical characteristics and layout of the parking space for four kinds of different structures, ordinary floor including large plate girder, and primary and secondary beams, flat slab floor, and ribbed floor, this paper described 13 schemes for the column grid for the underground garage of phase I and II of Xiangyang Green Central Plaza project, discussed applicable scope and economic study, and concluded that the size of the column grid of basement garage is more economical than the floor form and the small column net floor without beam is the most economical way, which provides detailed data support for the standardized basement design.
