[摘要]  工程是典型的山地建筑，地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜，基巖頂面起伏變化大、持力層多樣，依據(jù)地形的起伏，每個(gè)樓座的基底標(biāo)高各不相同。經(jīng)過仔細(xì)對(duì)比，確定了適合不同樓座的地基、基礎(chǔ)形式。地下車庫抗浮采用在地下室和周邊埋設(shè)盲溝和集水井，利用自然地勢(shì)泄水的方式降低水頭。整個(gè)地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、便于施工。

Abstract： This project is typical hillside architecture. The geological condition is complex. The top surface of the bedrock undulates strongly and its bearing stratum is varied. Depending on the undulating terrain, every building varies in base elevation. After careful comparison, confirm the forms of foundation for every building. Adding blind drain and collecting well in the basement is used in the underground garage. This method which uses hypsography for water release can lower water head. The entire foundation design is safe, economic and convenient for construction.
