某坡地高層建筑常用基礎方案比選

[摘要]  以某工程實例的地基基礎設計為背景,分析了在坡地地層起伏且基巖上部可壓縮層厚度不均條件下,CFG樁復合地基基礎、筏板基礎以及樁基基礎的適用性與經(jīng)濟性,并將這三種常用基礎設計方案進行了對比分析。結果表明:在坡地地層起伏、基巖上部可壓縮層厚度不均、場地存在孤石等不良地質條件下,CFG樁復合地基基礎較難控制建筑物的最大沉降量和整體傾斜量;筏板基礎能消除場地孤石對施工的影響,但在控制建筑物的最大沉降量和整體傾斜量方面不經(jīng)濟;樁基在控制沉降方面具有優(yōu)勢,且嵌巖樁樁端的抗剪切作用能大大降低基礎在基巖分界面存在滑動的潛在風險,在施工時能降低遇到孤石的可能性,滿足可行性和經(jīng)濟性要求。

A high-rise building’s common foundation schemes comparison and selection in a sloping fields

Abstract: In the background of a foundation design of an engineering example, the applicability and economy of CFG

pile composite foundation, raft foundation and pile foundation were analyzed under the condition of the rock ups and downs and thickness inequality of compressible soil in upper rock in a sloping slope, and the three schemes of foundation design were contrasted and analyzed. The results show that in the conditions of rock ups and downs and thickness inequality of compressible soil in upper rock and boulder, the raft foundation is difficult to control the building’s biggest settlement and the tilting quantity, which is the same with CFG piles composite foundation in a low price, but it can eliminate the influence of boulder in the construction. Rock-socketed pile end shearing action can greatly reduce the foundation in the bedrock interface slip of potential risk, and it can reduce the possibility of boulder met in the pile foundation construction, which achieve applicability and economy for a project.
