碳纖維板在較高預(yù)應(yīng)力水平下的 應(yīng)力損失試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]  以鉸式波形錨張拉錨固碳纖維板的預(yù)應(yīng)力工藝為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)7.2m鋼筋混凝土T梁構(gòu)件進(jìn)行預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板的加固,并對(duì)CFRP板的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失進(jìn)行觀測(cè)。參照《公路鋼筋混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG D62—2004)關(guān)于預(yù)應(yīng)力損失的計(jì)算方法,分析得到引起波形錨錨固CFRP板的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失的因素;試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,放張時(shí)波形錨錨固CFRP板的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失值為初始張拉應(yīng)力的0.71%,而長(zhǎng)期損失為初始張拉應(yīng)力的1.94%,相對(duì)損失率較小,表明以鉸式波形錨張拉錨固碳纖維板的預(yù)應(yīng)力工藝較為先進(jìn)高效。

Experimental Analysis of Stress Loss on Prestressed Carbon Fiber at Higher Levels

Abstract: The waveform anchor hinged anchor tensioning prestressed carbon fiber technology as the basis, for 7.2m of reinforced concrete T beam prestressed CFRP board members be reinforced, and prestressed CFRP plate of loss were observed. Combined Code for design of highway reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridges and culverts JTG D62—2004 of calculating on prestressing loss, been caused by waveform analysis of prestressed anchor CFRP plate loss factor. The results showed that, When put sheet the waveform anchor prestressed CFRP plate is an initial loss of tensile stress of 0.71%, while the long-term loss of the initial tensile stress of 1.94%. Relatively small loss rate, that an anchor hinge waveform anchor tensioning prestressed carbon fiber technology is more advanced and efficient.
