農(nóng)村磚木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅抗震加固新方法對比分析研究

[摘要] 農(nóng)村磚木結(jié)構(gòu)體系中,四梁八柱硬山擱檁的承重體系的柱最初柱以木柱為主,后來由于木柱易腐朽、白蟻啃食等問題,木柱逐漸被石柱、磚柱、混凝土柱等所代替。在對以木柱作為豎向承重體系的結(jié)構(gòu)進行結(jié)構(gòu)抗震技術(shù)優(yōu)化研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對混凝土柱作為豎向承重體系的典型結(jié)構(gòu)進行了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震技術(shù)優(yōu)化研究,研究結(jié)果表明,對于既有無抗震構(gòu)造措施的農(nóng)村磚木結(jié)構(gòu),抗震加固技術(shù)優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)體系不僅能夠滿足本區(qū)域的抗震設(shè)防要求,而且經(jīng)濟效果明顯。

Comparative analysis study on new seismic strengthening method of the rural brick-wood house

AbstractSystem in rural brick-wood structure, the eight columns, four beams and the purlin resting on the gable load-bearing system, the wood pillars as column for the main,initially. Later, due to the issues of easy rot, termites chewing on wood columns, the wood column were replaced by stone columns, brick columns, concrete columns, gradually. On the basis of the structural seismic technical optimize study about the structure of the wood columns as vertical load-bearing system, the structural seismic technology optimize study on the typical structure of concrete column as the vertical load-bearing system in this thesis, the study results shows that for the no seismic design existing rural brick-wood structure, the structure system by the seismic reinforcement technology optimization is able to meet the seismic requirements of the region, and the economic effect is obvious too.
