[摘要] 在城市舊房改建時，房屋使用功能的轉(zhuǎn)變和國家對抗震性能要求的提高往往要對結(jié)構(gòu)進行加固。本文結(jié)合太原785廠某廠房加固改造實例，討論了鋼筋混凝土多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)在改造時的基本步驟，包括檢測鑒定、計算分析、混凝土構(gòu)件加固及抗震構(gòu)造，并介紹了一些有效的解決辦法，可為類似工程提供參考。

Abstract: In order to meet the new functional requirements and the seismic stability requirements improved, the old buildings need to be reinforced. Based on the strengthening and reconstructed project in 785 Mill,the basic steps to reconstruct Multi-story buildings of reinforced concrete frame structure are discussed, including methods of testing and appraisement, computing and analyzing, concrete members reinforcement and seismic reinforcement. Some effective methods ,which can be referenced for similar designs, are introduced to solve the problems.
