[摘要]  結(jié)合某爛尾樓改續(xù)建工程加固實(shí)踐，介紹了爛尾樓的加固結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法，涉及到上部結(jié)構(gòu)的加固改造。通過對(duì)比計(jì)算，完成了某爛尾樓超高層的加固改造，并取得了良好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，為同類工程的設(shè)計(jì)提拱了有價(jià)值的理論參考和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract: Combined with a reconstruction project about a unfinished building changed reinforcement practice, we introduced the reinforcement structure design method on unfinished buildings, related to reinforcement of the upper structure. By comparing the calculation and analysis, we completed the super high-rise residential flats of reinforcement. And we can achieve good social and economic benefits we can also provide valuable theoretical reference and practical experience for the design of similar projects.
