[摘要] 為保護(hù)人民生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，自抗震規(guī)范實(shí)施以來，國家要求沒有采取抗震設(shè)防的舊房改造工程增加抗震設(shè)防的設(shè)計(jì)要求?？拐鹪O(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不同對舊房改造工程的造價(jià)影響很大，抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)越高，改造工程的造價(jià)越高。在上海某機(jī)關(guān)建筑綜合改造結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中，通過對國家、地方政府有關(guān)改（擴(kuò)）建工程抗震設(shè)防管理辦法的理解和應(yīng)用，根據(jù)不同的改造方案，采用不同的抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，兼顧了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可靠度與舊房改造的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，取得了較好的效果。

The overall reconstruction structure design for some

Abstract：Since the implementation of seismic codes, seismic fortification was required on the old reconstruction buildings without it in order to protect our life and property.Different standards on seismic fortification make great influence on the cost of old reconstruction projects. The higher the standard is, the more it costs. In the overall reconstruction structure design for some Shanghai Unit, according to the good understanding and application of the national and local regional government’s management methods on reconstruction (extension) project，we get very good results by using different standards of seismic fortification and combing reliability of structure design and economic cost of reconstruction in accordance with different plans.
