預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在大跨度空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)改造中的應(yīng)用

摘 要

[摘要]  通過某廠房拔除承重柱后,采用預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)對(duì)大跨度空間桁架梁進(jìn)行加固的理論分析、方案選擇以及信息化施工的整個(gè)過程的介紹,結(jié)合改造前后的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),得到如下結(jié)論:采用預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)可以有效的減少因拔除承重柱而引起的大跨度空間桁架梁撓度過大的問題,正確的對(duì)改造前后的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元建模以及分析,針對(duì)承重柱拔除后結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位進(jìn)行加固,結(jié)合變形實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)施工過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,是確保結(jié)構(gòu)改造過程安全的有效方法。

Application of prestressed technology in the rebuilding of spatial frame structure

Abstract: According to the functional change, the structural supported column must be removed to satisfy the requirement of assembling equipment. By virtual of theoretical analysis, the suitable strengthen method are choose and information monitoring are carried out. In according with monitoring data, we found that utilize prestressed technology can reduce the deflection of spatial frame when the supported column of frame are removed. The correct finite element model and theoretical analysis, combine with information monitoring data can ensure safety of the structure.
