［摘要］  南京東路720號(hào)第一食品商店文物建筑修繕工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中，針對(duì)文物保護(hù)建筑的特殊性和建筑功能要求，應(yīng)用了結(jié)構(gòu)修繕整體加固抗震性能適當(dāng)提高的設(shè)計(jì)思路，結(jié)構(gòu)修繕整體加固采用鋼構(gòu)套技術(shù)。在正常使用條件下，結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力滿足現(xiàn)行的規(guī)范要求；在水平地震作用下，結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能在原有的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)提高。介紹了鋼構(gòu)套加固技術(shù)在第一食品商店文物建筑修繕工程中的應(yīng)用，以及各種節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造、加固等內(nèi)容。

Abstract: Nanjing East Road, No. 720 First Food Store heritage building renovation structural design for the particularity and architectural heritage buildings functional requirements, the application of the seismic performance of reinforced structural repair an appropriate increase in the overall design concept, the overall structural repairs using steel frame reinforcement technologies. Under normal use conditions, the structural component capacity to meet existing regulatory requirements; horizontal earthquake, the seismic performance of the whole structure on the basis of the original appropriately increased. Bonded steel reinforcement techniques introduced in the first food store Heritage renovation applications, as well as various joint constructions, reinforcement and other content.
