[摘要] 以廣泛應(yīng)用于學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、住宅等建筑中的多齡期RC框架結(jié)構(gòu)梁構(gòu)件為研究對(duì)象,提出了基于有限元分析軟件ABAQUS的適用于在役RC框架梁的數(shù)值建模方法,并鑒于RC框架梁主要用于承受豎向荷載并維持整體結(jié)構(gòu)魯棒性,建立了以抗彎剛度作為表征量的損傷表征函數(shù)。通過(guò)在未銹RC受彎構(gòu)件抗彎剛度理論計(jì)算公式中引入以內(nèi)嵌鋼筋銹蝕率為自變量的粘結(jié)力修正函數(shù),以反映鋼筋銹蝕引起的材料間粘結(jié)性能退化行為,給出了銹蝕RC梁抗彎剛度的計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算分析了不同銹蝕狀態(tài)下截面高度、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、混凝土保護(hù)層厚度及配筋率等主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的損傷敏感度,揭示了梁構(gòu)件主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)損傷演化的影響規(guī)律。研究成果將為建立地震激勵(lì)下在役RC框架結(jié)構(gòu)損傷模型提供提供理論和數(shù)據(jù)支持。

Damage sensitivity analysis for main design parameters of RC beams

Abstract: Taking the beam component of existing RC frame structure which is widely used in school, hospital and dwelling as research object, the method of numerical modeling for existing RC beam is offered based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the damage evaluation function which regards bending rigidity as characteristic variable is established for role of RC beam in bearing vertical load and keeping structural robustness. By introducing the cohesive force correction function which takes reinforcement corrosion rate as independent variable into the theory calculating formula of flexural rigidity for RC flexural member with no corrosion to reflect the degeneration behavior of bond performance between materials which caused by reinforcement corrosion, the formulas for calculating flexural rigidity of corroded RC beam are proposed and the damage sensitivity of main design parameters, such as cross-section height, concrete strength, concrete cover thickness and reinforcement ratio, is analyzed, and then the influence law of design parameters on beam damage evolution is revealed. The achievements can provide theory and data support for establishing the damage model of existing RC frame structure under seismic excitation.
